At Progressive Hand Therapy (PHT), we treat patients who have a disorder of the shoulder, elbow, & hand . Our licensed occupational therapists/certified hand therapists have intricate knowledge of upper extremity function and structure, and we work with patients to prevent injury or impairment, restore gross and fine motor skills, and enhance participation in activities of daily living.
All patients receive one-on-one treatment from a certified hand therapist. We collaborate with your physician to create your treatment plan, using the highest clinical standards in the field.

Mon: 9-7, Tues: 9-7, Wed: 9-7, Thurs: 9-7, Fri: 9-7, Sat: 8-1.
We also work with many insurance plans. Medicare, Worker’s Comp and No Fault insurances accepted.

All services at PHT begin with a comprehensive evaluation that includes a detailed medical history and review of operative reports. Treatments include strengthening / endurance training, sensory re-education, fine motor coordination, activities of daily living, work conditioning, ergonomic training and individualized home programs.
PHT therapists provide both pre-op and post-op splinting. These services include custom fabrication of thermoplastic splints, and sizing/fitting of pre-fabricated splints.
PHT has therapists certified in Kinesio taping, which is often prescribed for the treatment of tendonitis. Kinesio taping provides support and
stability for joints and muscles while reducing pain and inflammation.
A dynamic approach uniquely designed to conquer the needs of athletic injuries. Increased competitiveness in sports has led to high stress injuries at younger age groups.
Early intervention following injury is critical to a full recovery and safe return to sport without re – injury.
